With over 10 years’ experience in backend development and distributed systems, I know just how crucial well-thought-out architecture is for stability and scalability.
I am particularly fascinated by the idea of not just embedding AI as a standalone feature within systems, but designing the entire software development process to be AI-integrated – from agentic coding and AI-assisted development right through to governance, compliance and secure operating models. My previous roles have been characterised by a combination of technical depth and organisational responsibility. I have built teams, supported transformations and created structures in which autonomous teams work reliably and with a focus on quality.
