As a trainer, consultant, and software architect, I focus on empowering others — by sharing knowledge, fostering engagement, and encouraging meaningful exchange, with training participants, clients, or colleagues.
For over 20 years, I’ve been supporting predominantly agile software development projects in Java environments — starting out as a developer, later stepping into roles such as project lead, architect, and coach. I believe that lifelong learning is basicly for professional growth — and the key to lasting joy in our work. Even when driven by enthusiasm for new technologies and approaches, I never lose sight of people and established structures — because sustainable solutions require both innovation and balance.
As an active member of the developer community — Java Champion and co-organizer of the Java User Group Darmstadt — I enjoy sharing my knowledge through articles, blog posts, conference talks, and user group meetups. I also contribute the organization of various events.
